Phantasy Star
No, I'm not talking about Phantasy Star Universe, or even another iteration of Phantasy Star Online. Don't get me wrong: I love those games. I played a ton of PSO, and currently my tall green CAST (named Knight) can be found running around the 360 version of PSU.

What I mean, though, is a new entry into the original series that started back on the SEGA Master System. There were three more, on the Genesis (which can all be found on the recent SEGA Genesis Collection for the PS2 and PSP). Set in similar futuristic worlds to the online versions, telling epic tales of battles against Dark Force, the PS games were SEGA's answer to Final Fantasy, as at the time that series was exclusive to Nintendo's consoles. Each game was an epic, the highlight being the spectacular Phantasy Star 4. I personally have a soft spot for #3, which allowed your character to choose a bride at the end of his quest. Who you chose affected what child you had, and then that child picked up the adventure and then their child did so, so by the end of the game you had played three generations throughout one long story.
There are no rumors, no speculations, not even a whisper about anything like this ever happening. This is where the idea of a "wish list" comes into play. A next-gen Phantasy Star, turn-based and set in the same "similar but not quite the same" world (though you'd totally have to have Wren somewhere in there), would not only bring back fans of the original series but also invite a whole new generation of gamers into the PS world.

No, I'm really just kidding here. Sorry about that.
Final Fantasy
Let's be honest: Microsoft needs a Final Fantasy, and FFXI doesn't count. Despite the series losing a bit of luster in recent years (FFX-2, FFXII), nothing adds clout like having Square Enix's series on your system. Yes, Square is bringing Last Remnant to the 360, and the Microsoft faithful offer a humble "thank you" for that, but there is a whole legion of gamers who go where the Fantasy goes.

Even an Xbox Live Arcade port of the original would be something. Every other device with buttons seems to have gotten one, so why not an XBLA download? There's plenty of action, shooting, classic arcade, and puzzle games on the Arcade, but the RPG genre has yet to be delved. Why not start with the one that started it all?
As cool as that would be, a new Final Fantasy on the 360, whether it be part of the XIII canon or something new entirely, would just be awesome. My vote goes to a massive, next-gen, 360 Tactics game.
